We are recruiting a Project Manager (M/F) for our Group
Reporting to the Group Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from the kick‑off meeting through to full project completion and acceptance
- Monitoring project performance indicators related to quality, costs, and deadlines
- Leading and coordinating the project team
- Managing relationships with subcontractors and customers
- Preparing, costing, and drafting commercial offers and contract amendments
- Monitoring project execution and schedules in coordination with the various departments
The Project Manager will have a Group‑wide scope and will be responsible for projects at both the Coulommiers and Rosières‑près‑Troyes sites.
Profile
- Technical education from Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) to Master’s degree (BAC+5)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Position details
- Permanent contract (CDI) – Full time
- Position based in Coulommiers (77)
- Weekly travel required to the Rosières‑près‑Troyes site
- Remote work possible, up to 2 days per week

Compensation & benefits
- Annual gross salary: €38,000 – €45,000, paid over 13 months, depending on profile
- Fixed salary + variable compensation
