We are recruiting an After‑Sales Project Manager (M/F) for our Group
Reporting to the After‑Sales Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing, qualifying, and structuring technical solutions for after‑sales projects
- Validating technical solutions in coordination with the Technical Department
- Monitoring project execution and ensuring adherence to schedules in collaboration with all departments (Engineering, Technical teams, Assembly, etc.)
- Preparing and costing after‑sales service offers and quotations
- Ensuring smooth handover of project files to field teams, including briefing and debriefing service technicians
- Managing relationships with subcontractors, agents, and customers
- Providing expert technical support to customers in urgent situations
- Responding to customer emergencies by email or phone
The After‑Sales Project Manager may also travel to customer sites to perform audits, visits, or interventions.
Technical skills & expertise
- Basic knowledge of mechanics, automation, and electrical systems
- Ability to read mechanical drawings
- Ability to interpret product specifications
- Strong customer‑service orientation in after‑sales management
- Ability to optimize work organization
Profile
- Technical education at Bachelor’s degree level (BAC+3) with a focus on mechanics or mechatronics
- Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills, autonomy, and customer focus

Compensation & benefits
- Annual gross salary: €43,000 – €45,000, paid over 13 months
- Salary according to profile
